Welcome to WSHC District 2!

District 2 includes Florence, Forest, langlade, Lincoln, Marathon, Marinette, Menominee, Oconto, Oneida, Shawano, and Vilas counties.

Our meetings are generally held on Saturday once a month at the Florence Natural Resource Center, 4793 Forestry Drive, Florence. Please call Sharon Petraska in advance at 715-589-4284. All members, as well as those who are interested in knowing more about WSHC, are invited to attend.

We want you to enjoy getting to know other members and so many of our summer 2007 meetings were meet-n-camp trail rides featuring a pot luck dinner. A lot of good discussions and fun was had at these events and we hope more members will continue to become involved.

NEW: Sweatshirts and hats are being sold by District 2 as a fundraiser for events in our District. Sweatshirts are $20, and hats are $10. Please contact Sharon Petraska to order.

Wisconsin State Horse Council has a wide variety of committees and projects, some within our district and others that are statewide. We encourage you to find one or more to become involved in!
