Full Board of Director meetings are held quarterly and rotate locations throughout the districts. These meetings are held on Saturday to accomodate those who need to travel longer distance to attend the meeting. In general, Quarterly meetings begin at 10:00 AM and are expected to be finished by 5:00 PM, with the exception of the Annual Meeting and Convention.
Any open session of a special meeting or a quarterly Board of Director meeting is open to Directors, Executive Board members, WSHC Level I and II members, and the general public.
More specific information on special meetings or quarterly meeting locations will be posted as it becomes available.
