WSHC Winter Wonderland Photo Contest
Do you have a camera and some spare time this winter? Why not try to get the perfect winter photo to enter in this contest?
Photos should include equines and may be winter scenes, riding or driving in the snow, horses playing in the snow, etc. All photos submitted will be judged and voted on for 1st through 6th place. All six winning photos will appear in the March edition of the CounciLetter
All submitted photographs may potentially be used for the following:
- In future editions of the WSHC CounciLetter
- On the WSHC website
- In presentations and on posters
- In feature articles
- On tourisim brochures created by WSHC
What you need to know about the Program:
- Contest begins December 1, 2006 and ends February 15, 2007.
- All photographs become the property of Wisconsin State Horse Council
- Photographers will be given photo credit for their work whenever feasible
- Printed photographs will not be returned unless a self-addressed, stamped envelope is provide for that purpose.
- Digital photographs should be saved as a .pdf; .bmp; .gif; .jpg; or .png in high resolution and put on either CD or disk. This is the preferred method for submitting your photos. The preffered format is .jpg.
- The printed photo, CD, or disk should be sent to WSHC, Attn:Winter Wonderland Photo Contest, 132 S. Ludington Street, Suite A, Columbus, WI 53925.
- Include your name, address, telephone number, and a title for your photograph.
- Photographs may be any size.
- You may submit more than one photograph.
